This Ontario-based brand and web design agency sought to refine their processes and automate their operations as they grew rapidly. With a focus on improving the client journey and creating an efficient ecosystem for a growing team, we helped them streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance their client experience. The result was a founder who could step into their CEO role and focus more on personal and professional growth.
Goal for the project
This client came to us needing to refine their processes, properly strategize their client journey, and automate at much as possible. This company was growing faster than anticipated, and while they wanted to accommodate all of the growth, they were finding themselves stuck.
This founder also wanted to spend more time thriving in their personal life and really step into that CEO role. Our goal here was really simple: Make tech work for them.
The Experience
I took my experience of working with 14 brand and web designers over the last two years to really hone in how we could upgrade this agency’s client experience. We added touch points essential for high touch communication, and eliminated several unnecessary steps that were creating bottlenecks in the process. We created a space for a growing team to constantly come back to, and an ecosystem that allows for effective communication between the company.
The outcome
We spent 7 weeks reworking every bit of this agency’s ClickUp account, branding every list, creating and establishing SOPs for the team, and refining every task that needs to be completed throughout every offering. We branded client forms to perfection–ensuring that there was a seamless brand experience from inquiry through the website to offboarding. We implemented 45+ automations throughout both systems to ensure that the tech used was truly working hard for this company.
