Weeks 5-6: ClickUp Build and Customization
We create your ClickUp framework by setting up lists, spaces, and folders tailored to your needs. Next, we customize with additional task lists, recurring tasks, custom fields, and dashboards that give clear insights into your projects, making sure everything matches your workflow.
Weeks 7-8: Refinement, Automation, and Handoff
We refine your ClickUp setup, adjust dashboards and custom fields, and set up automations to streamline routine tasks. You receive a training walkthrough to guide you through your new system.
