This process not only sets up your ClickUp from start to finish but makes sure it’s customized to how you work, so you can run your business efficiently and scale with ease.
Step 1: Building Your Foundation
We kick things off by setting up the basics of your ClickUp based on your needs and goals. Using your onboarding answers, we create the initial structure—lists, spaces, and folders that keep everything organized. At the end of Week 1, we’ll hop on a call to review and adjust as needed, making sure the setup aligns with how you work.
Step 2: Adding the Details
Next, we dive into the details that make ClickUp truly yours. We’ll add extra task lists, folders, recurring tasks, and custom fields based on your feedback. Plus dashboards and views to give you a clear handle on your projects. By the end of Week 3, we’ll review it all on another call, fine-tuning things to fit perfectly into your workflow.
Step 3: Final Touches and Automation
In the final step, we refine your custom fields, dashboards, and list views, and automate routine tasks. You’ll receive a training video to guide you through your new setup, and we'll wrap up with a final call to make any last-minute tweaks, making sure your ClickUp is fully ready to support your business.
